4'x5'6" Rainbow Kids' Rug - Pillowfort™: Multicolored Cotton Tufted Medium Pile, Machine Washable

I specifically searched for a machine washable rug. The Target app says this is machine washable. I washed it in the washing machine and clumps of yarn came off. I checked the tag on the rug and it does NOT say machine washable - it says spot clean or have it professionally cleaned. (I didn’t check the tag before washing because I purchased it based on the app listing which said it was machine washable.) This rug is not worth the money for a child’s room – – which it is meant for – – if you can’t machine wash it. I mean, it’s a white rug. Very disappointing. Oh, and surprisingly it did not have a rubber backing, so it slides on a wood floor.

it's a pretty design, but the rug feels almost like a giant towel- it doesn't lie perfectly flat, slides around, and isn't very thick.

This rug is perfect for my little girl’s play area. We made part of our family room her play area and put this rug in it. It sets her space apart from the rest of the room and makes it her own. The rug is soft, it almost feels like a thick towel material. The colors are subdued and not overly obnoxious. The rug seems like it really classes up the area.

The colors on this rug are sooo adorable in my kids' room! It came folded in a bag, so it has some wrinkles that are still settling. It's nice and fluffy, but I got a fair amount of lint when I vacuumed it, so we'll see how long it stays fluffy. It is way more comfortable than our hard floors, so it makes it easier to get my toddlers dressed for the day or bedtime.

Great rug for kid’s bedroom. It’s light, easy to fold and clean, doesn’t slide. Pretty fluffy, beautiful colors and design. Definitely refreshing bedroom’s look. My daughter loves it! Highly recommend.

This rug is so much cuter in person and the quality is really wonderful! I got this rug for my youngest daughter's room, since she has a rainbow theme and it really ties the room together! The rug is so soft and plush with its 100% cotton construction and medium pile threads! I love that the design is actually woven in with various threads and not just printed on, like some rugs. This rug is also washable, which is a huge plus for me! The back does not include a non-skid backing, so you may need something to keep the rug from moving if you plan to use on hard surfaces, but it stays put pretty well on carpet. It's also nice and thick already, so I don't feel theres any need for a rug pad for extra thickness, unless it's your preference. The colors are beautiful and I think this is so cute for a child's room! My daughter absolutely loves it!

Very cute rug. Low pile for easy vacuuming. Colors are vibrant. Doesn’t slip around too much. Nice addition to our basement playroom. Soft under our feet. Seems well made, haven’t had issues with unraveling.

I received these products for free from the Hey, Bullseye™ sampling program in exchange for my honest review. I absolutely love this kids rug! I ended up putting this in my kids playroom for them to use when they’re in there. The rug colors are so vibrant and it’s so soft ! I do worry about the white and the potential for it to get dirty but it really is a beautiful rug. Both of my children were so excited to see this rug as they’re huge rainbow fans and this has become such a pretty addition to the playroom.

This rug is so cute, the colors are vibrant and fun. The rug is surprisingly plush too, so comfy for my daughter to lounge on and play with her toys. The pile is not quite shaggy, but not short either.

The Pillowfort Rainbow Kids' Rug is absolutely stunning in colors and texture! It is perfect for a little girls room and in my case three girls! It can fold up too if you want to store it or move it to another room for play time. It doesn’t need to be rolled up! It’s super soft! Perfect for a baby to roll on to play tummy time. I’d have to do research but it almost seems machine washable! I would definitely double check on that! It is super impressive for a kids rug! I want more!

I got this rug for my daughters room because she loves rainbows. I am impressed with the quality and thickness. This rug does not roll up on the ends and it is really soft. This would probably be placed best on top of carpet because it can slide on hardwood. I love the overall design and quality so I would recommend to others. My daughter loves it!
