Missing shams

The pillow shams were missing from the set. I purchased the set on sale in February in anticipation of redecorating a bedroom. The room is finally finished, so I unpackaged the bed set to wash and discovered the shams were missing. Unfortunately, since so much time has passed I am unable to return or exchange the item. Disappointing. The quality of the duvet cover is worth the sale price if the shams were included.

Good quality and easy enough to put on, however there aren’t enough ties to hold the comforter in place, resulting in lots of movement within the duvet.
