NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

If you like getting a runaround response… then buy this. One of the table lamps tilts. I called Lamps Plus, the distributor. Tanya told me to call Target. On 12/5/24, Geneva at Target online said they would contact Lamps Plus and get back to me. It’s December 24 —and and I haven’t heard back. I was smart and asked for a case number. I’ll call them again. DO NOT BUY DUE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I am buying a second set of these lamps, fully satisfied, great price.

I am buying second set of these lamps because they are a great deal price wise and seem well built. I am fully satisfied. I have been using my first set for a couple weeks. Mine came packed well. It was easy to assemble the lamps.

Diety Lampshades

all 3 lampshades in this set came with stains and ink marks. I can't use any of them and will now need to buy new lampshades making this set a terrible value for my money. Completely disappointed as this is not the level of customer service I come to expect from Target.

Packaging was a nightmare!!!

The lamps are a fair value, but the packaging was incredibly bad. Difficult to get out of the box because the Styrofoam crumbled when handled. Bits of Styrofoam were everywhere, in the box and on the product. The cords and poles came out all tangled. It made a terrible mess and was a pain to work with. Definitely would not purchase again. If it had to be returned, it would be impossible to do so because this.
