Ordered the 48” but received a 36”.

One more person here who received the wrong size shelf!!! Super frustrated! We ordered the 36x24x78 shelf which is exactly the size we need for our bins and to fit our storage room. We ordered 7 shelves. Instead, all the shelves that arrived were the 48" length which do not work for our space. I then spent another frustrating two weeks time trying to contact both the distributor (listed on Target's website as VTec) and the manufacturer of the shelves we actually received (Garvee) and have gotten nowhere with either one. I've called, emailed, and put in help desk tickets to ask if Garvee truly makes the 36" shelves that I need. The shelves arrived from a 3rd party named Garvee, not directly from Target. I wanted confirmation from the manufacturer that the 36" shelves actually exist! The 36" width shelves are supposedly available on Garvee's website, but other things between the listings are inconsistent. At this point, I have no confidence that they actually make the shelves I want OR that the correct version would arrive if I try to order again through Target or directly from the manufacturer Garvee, because no one can confirm which sizes they have, either on the phone or through the help desk tickets. There seems to be no one paying attention to dimensions they list on websites or whoever is sending out orders because they are obviously sending the wrong size shelves again and again. At this point, I'm moving forward with a return of all 7 shelves through Target, but what I really wanted were the correct size shelves! The shelves themselves are good quality -- my husband put one together before we saw it was the wrong size, so I'm pretty disappointed about this. Be advised, there is a good chance you will not receive the size of shelves you are hoping to get.

Shelf seems fine, but they sent the wrong size and the option to replace it doesn't exist. I specifically needed an off-size shelf that was 2 feet deep and three feet wide. What they send me is 4 feet wide. So it would work fine, except that it won't fit where it's meant to fit.
