Q: If this shelf is about 0.5 inches too long, can I saw off the extra length and have it still work?

Great wall shelf

I really like this is my bedroom. I saw that a lady that used it in her bathroom, I wouldn’t have one used in a bathroom and can see why it would be too wet in a shower area. But highly recommend in the living room, bedroom, or a laundry room!

I do not recommend

I purchased this shelf with high hopes. I was disappointed in the quality. I purchased it for my bathroom and if it gets wet, it will be ruined. Also, after mounting to the wall, it was not flush with the wall as the internal poles only go halfway into the shelf. Save your money, keep looking.

It is also recommended to install the shelf into at least one wall stud for optimal stability and weight capacity support.
