Beautiful chair but......

Chair arrived quickly by Fedex. It is beautiful and does all it claims...swivels, rocks and reclines. I would have given 5 stars but for the fact that its difficelt to open with small lever on the side of chair. How long will that last ? The NOISE when it opens !!! Oh my, it sounds like a canon going off! Daughter was in the shower and asked what fell ! This is a nursery chair..I don't know how a parent holding a sleeping baby could change to reclining postion without scaring the baby the death!! I'm elderly so that isnt a problem but still. Hoping these "problems" ease up with use. Glad I purchased when on sale... wouldn't pay full price.
