No distortion at high volume levels, even with mono audio on, the clarity remains with the bass hitting. I would recommend it as it's worth the money. Battery life is impressive depending on usage.

Quite sturdy.

Sturdily constructed with lights at the ends. The sound is sharp and undistorted, free of any noise. I had it in the kitchen, then moved to the porch with it at full volume, and it still sounded great. Playing it at full blast outdoors would likely upset the neighbors. Overall, a perfect 10 out of 10.
