Dull paper-like ribbon. NOT satin.
This is NOT satin, as it is advertised. It feels like scratchy paper, and is nothing like the beautiful, silky satin ribbon I purchased from Target in 2023 and 2024 (that was also less expensive!) Do not buy this.
