Hangs wonky, returning item and ordering again

I like the item but it is crooked. Hangs all wonky making hooks uneven and shelf uneven. It is very sturdy so I am unable to bend it back into a better shape myself. I just re-ordered it and am hoping for a nice straight one , I am planning to return the bent one in-store. It’s more expensive than other models but does seem like good quality with the rust-proof design so hoping for the best with my next one.

Great so far

Very satisfied with the shower caddy. It hold all the shampoo and conditioner bottles we use, has racks for razors, pegs to hang scrub brushes, and a soap dish. It fits over the shower enclosure and has hooks to hang towels. I have gone through many over the years that have rusted. This one claims to be rust proof, so hopefully I won’t need to replace it anytime soon!
