Broke within a week

This is a beautiful couch, however the back and center legs broke and bent causing the couch to collapse in the first week of use and are made of cheap materials.

Couch

The color is definitely different than the image and the pillows look nothing like the image. They are so incredibly skinny and never expanded after following the instructions. The quality is good and it was simple to assemble but considering I bought it for what it looked like I'm disappointed it's not quite what the image looks like. I reached out to customer service and was told I would be contacted and received an email that my request was closed and haven't been able to get any response
