The company is amazing

Let me just say that I wish more companies were like this. When I got my swing I was so excited. I've been holding off for 10+ years to find the perfect swing. So when I saw this one it was perfect. I had minor issues and contacted the company. They were quick to respond. And I mean quick! They were unbelievably professional. They went above and beyond my expectations. The swing is very beautiful and it looks amazing.

Really Nice Swing

We love this swing, especially my husband and son, even our dog like to sit on it. This is a great swing, and it seems like it will be sturdy enough to last for years. The swing itself has a mesh walls and well-padded back, and comes with a cushion that covers both. The cushion is a couple inches thick and really comfortable.

Swing is great except 2 of the brackets on the futon came broken but the other clasp and brackets are fine so i will let it slide easy fix.

This is a pain to put together by yourself I suggest having someone to help, mainly cause of the size. It's huge, took almost all day but I have to say it's really nice, well worth it

SUPER WORTH BUYING!

This thing is amazing! I love how long the swing is so i can lay down comfortably. The netting is so helpful and i hardly deal w that much bugs at all. The pillows are very comfortable and compliment the swing perfectly. I wish the columns were labeled for the instructions but it wasn't difficult to assemble and I assembled most of it by myself. This swing is absolute perfection. Totally worth buying many times over. So great thank you for this!

Love this swing. It really is what I was looking for. I like that it folds down so you can take a little snooze on a summer's afternoon. The netting is great to keep insects and bees away as well as mosquitoes!

Yard swing

The swing came with six of the eight female connectors to put the main frame together crushed. So I had to reform them so they could receive the male poles. Also the piece that receives the back bar of the swing on one side was broken off. This is unacceptable for a swing I paid over 400 dollars for. And what are you to do, I riped the box open, now I¡¯m going to try and return it. It¡¯s just sad . It¡¯s too bad cuz the swing looks nice now but how long is it going to last !!

Management has poor policy......which makes this beautiful piece useless after one season.

This item is beautiful, sturdy "was" a show stopper on my deck.....for one season. Although I did everything I could to preserve the accessories (net, canopy, cushions) such as removed the cushions and pillows before every rain and removed the canopy and netting after the winter season the netting was completely shredded, the canopy is torn and stretched from summer rains and the cushion is faded. Sadly, this company doesn't offer the sale of replacement accessories. If they were smart business minded they'd realize they could make a fortune selling these items. However, without those pieces the swing is now useless so I will trash it and purchase a new one from a company where I can replace accessories if I need to. Aosom you may want to rethink this foolish policy.

I have this swing but I need replacement canopy and curtains

I love my swing. I use it almost every day in nice weather but after 2 years, my canopy and curtains need to be replaced. The structure and cushions are in excellent shape, but the canopy and curtains are shredded, stretched, and faded even though we take them inside for the winter. Can I order replacements?

Good product

We LOVE our new patio swing we bought for our disabled daughter. We LOVE that she can swing outside anytime even when there is mosquitos out. But the side supports welding is coming apart. Would like to get a replacement part so we can enjoy for years to come.

It was a great purchase but there was no canopy top (part number V1, V2) and the bolt (part number X5) was missing one. I really need these so my family can enjoy this nice swing.

Sturdy but the material is terrible.

The base unit itself is nice but the material for the roof is so cheap it was ripping as we were installing it. one season and it started to dry rot. The cushions are thin which I was ok with but the material is so cheap it rips and dry rots. :-(. I tried to find a replacement top and cushions are no where to be found. I wish they had a better quality replacement I would love to buy it for the frame that still is in nice condition.

One star taken away for the really cruddy instructions. Several steps need to be added as well as more details. There are things that could be done in a different order to assist with ease of assembly.
