We're very sorry for any confusion, this listing does state that this is a microfiber duvet cover set. A duvet cover is similar to a pillowcase for a duvet insert, which is sold separately. Just so you know, microfiber is thinner than cotton due to the fineness of the fibers woven into the fabric. In regards to the zipper, this sounds like a manufacturer's defect, which is very surprising to us given the amount of perfect sets we ship daily. We're sure if you contact Target directly, they'll be able to assist with a refund.

Disgusting smudge on pillowcase when I opened up the package. Maybe a smashed dead bug or grease. And now it's a pain to return. I will not be buying from Target Plus Partners again. Only items that come directly from Target.

Great but messy
This was soft, specifications were exactly as reported, loved the color. The only problem was it was so light weight that unless you had your sheets immaculate, it shows every ripple or line. I hated how my bed looked messy if you sat on it, too. I’m on the OCD side but if you like the messy bed look, then these are for you. The taupe even had the perfect bluish undertones. Just couldn’t live with the ’mess’.
