Poor

Why does the plastic cap of the pointed head fall off so easily? Why even add it if it’s going to come off especially when using it as an assistive device, which is the very main reason to purchase the item. What is the purpose of advertising a safety cap for the cutter if it is easily lost because it just falls off.
