Q: Can you lock the wheels?
A: This is a yes or no question. Since it doesn't state it has lockable wheels we have to assume it does not. Would be nice if it did though.

A: They're a fairly flimsy plastic, it would likely break if you tried to stack them

Q: Is the top white piece removable and would the top drawer still slide without it? I need it to be one inch shorter to fit in the space needed.

The overall assembled dimensions are 15 1/4" L x 21 7/8" W x 25 5/8" H, and without the addition of the casters will stand 24in tall- as the casters are optional. We hope this helps!

Q: Can you check the measurements shown: 15.38 Inches (W) x 21.88 Inches (D)? The 3D and "see it in your space" show this item is actually wider than it is deep. I think these are accidentally switched.
