Adorable frame, Wish the tabs on the back were easier to work with, very difficult to bend back to put picture in frame, gold flakes fall off when bending metal. Will be returning.

Horrible and disappointing quality! It looks nice online and my first impression unpacking it was good. Unfortunately, a second look revealed the the frame was crooked in the stand and the metal tabs on the back that hold the picture/glass in place are attached and almost impossible to pull back. When you are finally able to get access to the back, gold flakes from the back of the tabs are everywhere. Gold flakes all over your carpet, furniture, hands, clothes, and precious photos. Took me forever to get it all washed off. I had to vacuum twice to get it out of the carpet. This is either going in the trash or back to the store.

These are adorable! For Christmas I used small pieces of my favorite wrapping paper instead of actual pictures! They looked good with pine placed around the bottom. Love them!!

Very disappointed in these frames. The back is so hard to get off. I bought 3 and 2 of them had broken glass.

Ordered 5 for pick up hoping ONE wouldn’t be damaged. Nope. 0/5. Don’t even bother ordering.

Ordered 3 for delivery. Packaged well, but all arrived terribly bent and you are unable to bend them back. Had replacement sent. Replacements are not bent, but frames are cracked, rusted, and peeling metal flakes? Customer service was very helpful, frame is beautiful and sturdy but quality didn’t seem right. Might be a better item to pick up in store to inspect instead of trying shipping.

I ordered 3 and every one arrived crooked. There is no way to swivel the frame which is more frustrating as it is crooked. It is cute but I would probably find another frame if you're buying for gifts as i was.

I wanted this to put family photos in but the frame is poor quality. Do not try and remove the plaid paper to put in a photo, because the “metal” flakes away and the glass breaks. It is not worth the trouble or money.

This frame was simply placed in a box for shipment. It was not wrapped or padded in any way. Just a frame in a cardboard box. It obviously arrived damaged. Scratched up and warped. Do not order - it’s not worth the risk of getting a damaged product.

Great piece for styling in a cabinet or setting on top of some books!

Frame is in a fixed position. It does not pivot at the join points. One of mine arrived bent and I had to work hard to adjust it straight. Metal Tabs on the back are heavy and hard to bend open and close to insert a photo. Finish flakes off doing that.

It looks so cute, but is so incredibly crooked. It also looks like it was made that way, and not damaged during shipping or something because there’s no way to bend it back into shape. The website photo almost looks crooked, too, if you look close enough. Either way, bad quality control. Returned.

I added this to my buffet table as an accent piece and it gives off vintage vibes. It’s perfect for my fall cozy room.
