Fantastic with educated use!
I made the SS switch after having success in committing to cooking more and better food versus ordering or going out. I decided on these after some research and finding out what I’d want vs what I wanted to pay now. These won hands down, although I’d love 1 pan option with a flared adage. That makes pouring from pan to plate easier, but these without the flared edge, are good for keeping items IN the pan. I’d advise, watch online videos to learn how to use BEFORE buying!!! I did this thankfully so I knew EXACTLY what I was buying and why/why not. This helped me learn proper cleaning, and handling before even purchasing so I knew to get a specific cleaner (bar keeper) as well. I work on a glass top and these work great! Find a great oil to continuously use as these REQUIRE oil/fat. Again, videos online give great guidance on getting started!! Following those learned steps allowed me to find success on my FIRST dish! Works great! One word to learn about is the word, FOND. It and knowledge of it will be a GAME CHANGER!!!! Good luck, worth every penny with educated use!

Love both of the pans just don’t like the extra elbow grease when I have to wash them! But overall great pans :)
