A: It flows very slow because the detergent is a thicker consistency than water, but if you water it down it flows perfectly fine with a few drops dripping after closing. If you do water the detergent down then just use twice as much of what you usually would use

Called to speak with CS about my order at the Fultondale, AL location. Whomever was the guy that answered the line on 12/17/25 around 9:30pm-9:40pm was COMPLETELY RUDE. He cut me off and wouldn’t listen to what I had to say. Did not even know exactly what I needed before telling me he was unable to assist. Terrible CS!!! I will never shop at this location again. Please fire him! My CS was so terrible, I no longer cared for my order. Which is bad because this was a Christmas gift.

We purchased one in store that was perfect so we decided to buy a second one which was ordered online. The item arrived quickly which is why it gets at least one star. We unboxed prior to the day of our event and noticed it was super scratched up, but ok, maybe once the beverage fills it up, the scratches won't be noticeable. Fast forward to event day, we mix punch and pour in and it all leaks out. Turns out there is a crack underneath.
