Worked for one season

We got it last October for my son, it worked well for a few months. Over the winter we kept it in a temperature controlled shed and it no longer worked this year. I reached out within the 1 year warranty timeframe to Garvee and their response was tough luck go find someone near you to fix it. I sent them videos and pictures of the product. It's not the battery as I got it tested and have a multimeter. It's the wiring within. Who fixes children's ride on toys in your area because I have no clue where to go??? Garvee also refused to help with finding someone to fix it. For almost $400 I do not recommend Garvee or this product.

My son was excited to ride on his new tractor but unfortunately it dies and stops working after 10 min of use. We've charged it several times and doesn't seem to hold a charge long enough to enjoy it.

This company isay they have a 30 day return policy. I ordered a ride on tractor for my grandson hut upon delivery I could tell the item is to small. I would have returned it but it was left on my porch. I have not opened the two boxes are sitting in my dining room waiting for return label. They requested pictures of boxes which were sent . They now want me to pay for shipping and I refused so they proceeded to offer me $20 and $40 discount for me to keep a product I can't use all I want do is return this product. I am not interested iin trying to sell your product.

My son absolutely loves this he has a blast digging in the pack yard not super complex to operate goes faster then expected love that I can control it with a remote as well if needed to over all great item my 3 year old loves it!!
