Customer service sucks

An axle (i don't know if that's what it's called) but it was bent and it's metal. Emailed to get a replacement and received an email back saying for me to just bend it back. I told them I don't think that was a good idea because you will put stress cracks in the metal. Then got an email saying go by a local hardware store to get another one and put $30 on my account to spend more money. I don't know of a hardware store that has power wheels axel just because it does have a specific cut out. Waiting on a response because I bought new I want new and it's not safe to bend and put my kid in. So I wouldn't buy from them again…EVER!

Grandson's First Car

Cool car

It's a real cool electric car for my 3 year old Daughter super fast and she loves it and the remote control option is great but the only thing is, the Bluetooth and horn doesn't work and I've been trying to call customer service but no answer since Fri the day I received it! This is not cheap either, I hope they call me back or respond to my email!! So it's iffy if you get one that completely 100% works!! Good luck

DO NOT BUY THIS TOY

It has been falling apart since the moment my husband assembled it (and he's an engineer!) the volume doesn't work, the seat doesn't attach, the side view mirrors don't attach and the steering wheel falls off at just about every turn. As much as my kids love having a ride on, I've initiated a return. It has to be the worst quality product I have ever purchased. We gave it as a birthday present on Tuesday morning and by Tuesday afternoon we had to tell the kids it was too broken for use.

The windshield was b

The windshield was bent, the right front headlight was broke but I fixed it, and it didn't get delivered in 2-4 business days like it said when I bought the extra warranty thing or whatever, but over all it's okay and my kid is happy

Great Jeep Surprisingly Powerful

We Love This thing! My Granddaughter is a little young for it so the remote control makes it perfect! I am disappointed the foot pedal doesn't work though.
