Poorly made

My son is only 70 pounds and after riding The 360 car maybe 20 times over the span of four months the axel fell off. I contacted customer service and they refused to replace it but offered me a $50 credit to assist with having it re-weld it somewhere of my choice which I never did receive. Not only is that poor customer service but it's also dangerous. That should not happen and especially not 4 months after a purchase . He did not even come to close to the max weight.
