24V Kids Ride-On Drifting Car, Electric Drift Go-Kart With 180W Brushless Motor

My 4 month old dump truck will not charge and not sure what to do about it.

We bought a ride-on toy from Garvee for our kids' birthday, and it's been a total letdown. My husband and I are reasonable people and always try to give the benefit of the doubt, but this experience has been beyond frustrating. The toy stopped working after just one day, and it's been sitting useless ever since. My husband, who worked as a battery tech in college, tested it and is certain the issue is with the wiring in the toy itself, not the battery like Garvee keeps insisting. Their customer service is no help at all. They told us to wait months for a new battery or buy a knock-off one ourselves and reimburse us. We've sent them proof the battery isn't the problem, but they just ignore it. Their responses are slow, and when they do reply, it's the same unhelpful stuff or empty promises to "escalate" the issue. They even had the nerve to offer a 70% refund because it's past some arbitrary return window, which is ridiculous for a product that never worked right and when we brought the issue to their attention immediately, over three months ago. Our kids have been without their birthday present all summer because of this. Honestly, don't buy from Garvee. The toy might be a lemon, but their customer service doesn't care about fixing the problem. Save your money and shop somewhere else.

The battery controlling the right and left turns goes out in less than 10 minutes.

It was great until the gas pedal got stuck. Not sure how to fix it! It's a good product ours did well for a week. Wish it could of lasted longer! My youngest grandson almost reversed right into the river due to the gas pedal being stuck.

After only having the ride on a little while the battery will not charge.

My grandkids love it. Well constructed and went together relatively easy. Yes. I CAN RECOMMEND.

My two little boys love it!

Had this kids 6x6 UTV for 4 months with moderate use and will not work. The back raises as well raised a couple of times. It has a plastic piece that raises it and it snapped when it tried to raise. Absolute garbage!!

So awesome how the car is made and the dump truck is great! The music is awesome and holds a battery charge for hours. Thank you for making a 7 year old boy so happy

Really poorly made, the tires skid while my FIVE YEAR OLD drives it, and the gas pedal gets stuck on the "on" position, making it very scary for both me and my five-year-old.

Super safe, and very good off-road. Perfect gift for a ranch toddler.

Very pleased with the Garvey 6x6 electric ride-on truck. Bought i2 of them for my 4 grandboys who are brothers. They love the trucks and have already logged several hours of fun on them. Straight forward assembly, good quality construction and all features work as advertised. Highly recommend

It's such a shame that I'm writing this review because the car itself is so cool… It has a couple issues that I was willing to work with the company on. The seatbelt doesn't fit around both of my kids, which was a huge safety concern for me. The front wheels turns back to straight whenever I'm using the parent controller and holding in the turn button. So it doesn't just go into a complete circle to turn around at all times. Such a pain. When using the parent controller and you let your finger off of the acceleration button it at times slams to a stop, which is again a safety concern since my One year-old stands up on the floor base and holds on to the window since he's notstrapped in. I reached out to the company in regards to all of this and at first they seemed super helpful and wanted to send me new parts. My very first reply stated that I was nervous about doing repairs on the vehicle with parts they were sending because I didn't want to get outside of the return window. They assured me multiple times that they would work with me and it was not an issue. After receiving parts two weeks later and attempting to put them on, we quickly realized the parts did not fit. Reached out to the company again Who stated they accidentally sent the wrong parts and will send me new parts from their international warehouse which again will take two weeks. I am now outside of the 30 day refund window and now there's nothing they can do but give me a $10 refund.Be careful and test everything day one! Do not be willing to do any alterations on your own, no matter what they promise! I paid 300+ $ for a piece of plastic that will go in the trash

Had two boxes that arrived at different times but other than that it was a great purchase for my grandson 400 miles from me. Thank you
