    On a budget? Suave’s got you!

    When my funds are low, Suave is my go-to budget hair care choice. The sun-ripened strawberry scent isn’t overpowering and actually lasts quite long. I often wear my gaur up and get a little surprise when I pull it down for the night and it still smells delightful. It works pretty well to soften and detangle my curly locks but I do have to use additional products to control frizz.

    Very Drying

    I bought Suave Essentials "refreshing conditioner" when I could not find Suave Professionals "shine conditioner" in my store. I hate it. Having used it as I normally do, II find my hair left as dry as straw.

    Changed scent

    In the past the Ocean Breeze shampoo and conditioner are all I would use. I loved the scent and it didn’t make my hair smell like a fruit basket. However, Suave changed the scent to new lasting fragrance and it broke my heart! It does not smell the same and it’s too strong. I am still searching for a replacement. I’ve spent hundreds trying to find something I can tolerate. Why improve perfection? I wish Ocean Breeze would be changed back to the original formula.
