Runs very small and do not like the material

Ordered a large for my 9 year old daughter. She sometimes wears medium and sometimes large. This thing was tiny. Looks like it would fit 5 year old if you want length in the photo. Material was heavy yet shear when stretched. Do not recommend and will be returning.
