These are a generous size, great quality and they look great on my couch. Big bonus that they don’t seem to attract as much dog hair as EVERYTHING ELSE in my living room.

I have to be honest the pillows are fine. I mean that’s just the truth. The customer service for target absolutely reeks. They were supposed to be here December 1. I ordered them the last week of November. I expected them to probably be a day late because of black Friday. I kept getting exceptions, unknown delay and delivery issues over the next four days. I contacted customer service twice. The first time I was told if it didn’t come that day or the next if I wanted to give it an extra day to give them a case number and I’d get a refund I tried to do that on the second customer service conversation and I was told the same thing give it a day come back whatever same hamster wheel I mean this could’ve gone on for 10 years. At some point you have to draw the line and when a customer wants their refund. The customer needs to get their refund. I’ve never had this happen with target and I’ve had packages lost and I have packages that I’ve ordered that said they were out for delivery and they sat there for a while. Never showing up. BUT I’ve never ever run into the crap that I ran into this week with customer service. When someone pays for something and they don’t have their merchandise, they don’t need somebody on the other end saying I’m sorry, but you need to wait. That’s not how it’s handled. I was given no information about it. I WASNT told why it was delayed, where it was, why it hadn’t even shipped, nothing! I was just told to wait and then proceeded to tell me how the system works as though I’ve not been alive for 52 years and ordered stuff and had it mailed or shipped or whatever. Unprofessional is not even the word I could use at this point. So this will probably be the last time I order target. I think I’ve pretty much got all my stuff I need from you all, this week was hard. It was hard because of the lack of professionalism, the lack of wanting to help, the lack of concern. I was almost ready to file with my banking inst., with the law department, a complaint because target had my money and I had no merchandise. Which isn’t the first time I’ve had to do this TBH but is w Target. I’ve been a loyal shopper as has many for decades. My suggestion with all that’s happening within Targets walls right now IS TO GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This is a perfect festive accent and a very well-filled/overstuffed comfortable pillow. Fabric seems durable, good quality. Love the size!

I couldn’t wait until my plaid pillows were received…. But upon arrival I thought that they were too dark for my room!!! It just may be the forest green instead of a Christmas green… they are beautifully made and are very worth the monies!!! Thank you for the product!! Sande S
