Very satisfied
Used this for quite some time, like the small size but wished it came in a larger quantity for the size/scale of the bottle they send it in. I also have my 89 yr mom take this as well over the years and she has had tremendous success keeping her B12 levels in great shape, her doc is very pleased with that on her charts.

Time Released
I am happy with this purchase. I feel it is doing its job in keeping my energy "stable" I really like the fact it is time released instead of going thru a flush quickly. Will be ordering this for my parents (90 & 85 yrs old) as the older we get the less we can absorb this vitamin properly. Packaging is somewhat huge for the small articles inside. Small sized tablets are great for the elderly who often have some swallow issues.

A Favorite
I'm always tired, so this is a must. It really lasts all throughout the day, and although not a capsule, they are very easy to swallow and sport that traditional rose color of B12 supplements. I do find that if I take it later than 11am, I actually have difficultly falling asleep. So the earlier, the better.
