A: Hello - We appreciate your interest in this item. The eyes are typically attached using plastic safety eyes which are secured with washers from the inside of the bear's head to make them highly resistant to removal, and the nose with wire loops that are threaded through the head. This is the best teddy bear ever invented! It was recommended by my therapist to soothe my inner child and I'm so happy I found this one.
