Manufacturers sometimes include a “handwashing recommended” label on the bottom because ceramic items with detailed glazes or intricate designs can sometimes wear faster or become dull over time in a dishwasher. That label is a general care suggestion to help preserve the mug’s finish and keep it looking its best, especially with frequent washings. So, while the mug can go in the dishwasher per the online product details, handwashing is recommended if you want to be extra cautious and maintain the longest-lasting color and finish. Mrs. Claus Mug Great Teacher Gift
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Mrs. Claus mug is darling. It is cute as an added Christmas decoration in your kitchen or in use at your desk at work to add some festive decor at the workplace. It is a decent weight, not too heavy or light. It holds the 10oz mochas that I like to enjoy each day with extra room for added whipped cream or toppings. Although handwashing is recommended, it does say that it is top rack dishwasher safe. I hand washed it and it cleaned up easy. I will say that I had to drink from it left handed as the front lip of the mug above her face was thick and made it awkward to drink from that side. Overall. I really like the mug and think it would make a great teacher gift.

So freaking cute for all of your coffee and cocoa

The cup itself is pretty durable and holds quite a bit of liquid. The price point is super affordable. I am so excited to give this as a Secret Santa gift this season.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love this little Mrs. Clause mug. The attention to detail on it from the glasses to the little rosie cheeks are just excellent. It’s a stoneware mug so it’s great quality. It’s strong and durable and will last a really long time. It’s painted up absolutely beautifully. It’s so fun and festive and it has a nice sturdy handle that's large and easy to hold. It's so cute for Christmas and would also make a great gift for anyone. I love it!

I have it filled with 12 ounces of coffee and there is plenty of space if you want to add creamer. The mug feels sturdy in your hand and is both dishwasher and microwave safe. The glaze is even and super shiny. This would be a great mug to give as a hostess or teacher gift. I ordered several styles of mugs this year and Mrs Clause was one of my favorites.
