Pump worked. Difficult to assemble. Mouth never moved. Water came out the sides. No way to teach company to try to fix. Ended up returning it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I got this out of the box it was very cute. I did not use distilled water like it suggested but I knew that it was going to get rained in outdoors anyway and didn't think it would really matter what I filled it with the first time (I have well water so it's not city water I don't know if that makes a big difference or not honestly). But I will say the moment I got it wet parts of the metal started turning yellow in spots. The inside still looks fine even filled with water, but wherever it's splashed out it looks like pollen is on it. Which is weird because pollen season is almost over where I am. And it hadn't been outside yet, outside of the box. Other then that it is very nice looking. Anyway it has a nice gentle sound, I don't love the mouth opening and shutting so I'm glad it can stay open. However sometimes it goes back to opening and shutting. Though I guess the opening and shutting thing is an added benefit for people who like that kind of sound... it annoys me. So I don't love that it sometimes gets unstuck from being open and starts opening and shutting again. My friend fixed this by putting a stick in its mouth and calling it spot (as if the bird was a dog LOL). It's really cute though and it makes a really pleasing water sound and it hasn't had any issues thus far. I left it on my back porch running for days and it was doing really well but I did decide to empty it and drain it when I'm not actively out there watching it. I have a lot of wildlife in my area and I don't want to attract too many bugs and things because I have a fountain on 24/7.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a sample. It is a nice size fountain not to big not to small. For me it was easy to assemble and set up. When running it is not loud and quite peaceful. Had no negatives about this.

I am not a big fan of the Alpine yard decorations. Quality appears to be great. No issues setting up and very peaceful to listen to the water.

There isn't a whole lot of water that runs through it, so it's kind of a little trickle, but it still sounds very relaxing and serene. It helps with the tropical vibe we are going for in our back yard and I 100% recommend it!

The Toucan’s beak fills with water and then flows out into the reservoir making a very peaceful soothing sound. Then fills up again and repeats. Everyone who sees it makes comments about how unique it is. We love it. Highly recommended.
