I don't see how this can be 14oz when it looks smaller than most 10 oz mugs I own. Had I seen it in person I wouldn't have purchased. I did a pick up order and had to chuckle at the size because it looks like it might hold a couple shots of espresso. I'll probably return it because I don't believe it holds anywhere close to 14 oz of coffee.
