I changed out a summer valance to the Blair red plaid valance for the Fall/Winter season. It was easy to hang and didn't need any ironing before hanging which was a big plus. The fabric is light and semi-sheer, a quality that I like because it allows more light in and doesn't darken my kitchen. I also liked the tabs on the top of the valance, they were wide enough to make it easy to slip onto the curtain rod. Great care free material, would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these curtains. They are silky feeling and thick. They are not double layered so they don’t black out the sun but I wasn’t looking for that. I would buy them. Color is dark red which is the color I have been looking for and the quality of the fabric, manufacture, and weight are just perfect . I hung the curtains over the kitchen sink which is an odd size to cover and they fit very well.

It's nice and sheer to allow light in and has tabs at the top for easy installation. The fabric and stitching appear to be good quality so hopefully this will hold up long term. The pattern may not be to everyone's liking, as it is quite traditional, otherwise I would give 5 stars.

It fits perfectly in the kitchen with my decor. Very nice curtain and thicker than I thought it would be. I’d love to find the matching table cloth and napkins.

I especially liked how easy it was to put on the curtain rod. And I like the looks of the different style as well. Gave my kitchen a different feel and look switching up the valances. I l like the idea it is versatile with many themes, (Cafe, Country, Rustic, Primitive, Farmhouse, and Colonial.) I like the calm cozy nostalgia feeling when looking out the window.

Being polyester, it is easy to care for. I noticed can get a warm damp paper towel to spot clean it. The sheerness is just right. It has enough to block the sun out but still gives my kitchen natural sunlight. Hanging it up was very simple. It is lightweight so you can use any curtain rods to get it up. The size is 52 x 14 so it will fit a standard size window. It is durable and would not rip easily. I love it. I feel relaxed whenever I am looking out the window with the valance hanging. When the window is open and a little wind gets it, it is like I am living in a farm, but I actually live in the city. :)
