Loved the cups but two were broken to pieces and the cups are not available to purchase. So I am down two that were bought with matching plates. Hope they will Come back. Target packers can be careless. This has happened more than three times for me.

Totally loving these mugs! They’re the perfect size for coffee tea or even soups. I’d been hunting for good soup bowls everywhere—Crate & Barrel, Pottery Barn, you name it. Most were either too pricey or oddly sized. I snagged these on Black Friday at 50% off, and I’m absolutely loving them now. Can’t wait to serve them to the guests.

Dear customers rating , it is not helpful when you rate based on an item arrived broken . That means you should rate Target Packaging not the item . This is a lovely mug .?

The mug itself is really pretty and unique in shape. Target shipping is another story. I ordered two shipments of ten of these to add to holiday gift baskets for 18 members of my team at work, and the first box of 10 had 3 broken. Target is out of stock so I can’t replace them and now won’t have enough to create my gift boxes. When the next set of ten arrives, I can only assume that they will be packaged the same way and contain additional broken mugs. I’ll probably end up returning all of them because I can’t move forward with the gift idea without enough of these. This is really disappointing. On a side note- it seems that the packaging of the Magnolia line of items from Target end up damaged a significant amount of the time. Whichever warehouse(s) their products ship from is greatly lacking in care of the items. Every order with metal or ceramic items I’ve ordered from Magnolia at Target in the last two years has sustained damage from insufficient packaging, with the exception of anything that was ordered as a set and was already prepackaged before going into Target shipments. I’ve had to pass on a lot of Magnolia items that I’d otherwise love to have purchased because of this issue. I took a chance on these mugs because they were a great price and so perfect for gifting, even ordered a few extra to offset damaged ones I knew were inevitable. Still wasn’t enough to offset 30% being broken.

So beautiful but arrived totally broken. It was not wrapped at all for protection. There was paper strewn in the box. So unfortunate and such a waste.

This is a solid stoneware mug, premium quality but not overly heavy. The size is perfect for hot cocoa and ample room for the toppings. We also use it to serve soup! We have gotten so many compliments on what a comfort feel these mugs bring. Also we are a family with MINIMAL mugs, we do NOT collect them and hesitated to even purchase these however these mugs feel heirloom quality and have multipurpose use.

Super cute but it does NOT hold heat well. My coffee goes cold super quick.

BEWARE of SHIPPING!! They ONLY WRAPPED mugs in a perforated brown paper, NO BUBBLE wrap OR PEANUT styrofoam!! A mug of 4 came delivered broken! I was surprised only 1! I read reviews and was nervous as store doesn’t have these and I wanted similar last year. Replacement coming fingers crossed! XX customer service helpful!
