Handy with options, could tweak it to make it perf
Still getting use to it, but it seems to work okay. Would love it if the attachments were easier to add on and if it would stand on its own. Suction is ok with the "turbo" switch if needed. Just does not sound like it is operating at its best but that is probably to save battery. Somewhat defeats the purpose of a "quick suck up a mess" if you have to use it longer to get the job done. I guess they did it this way to save battery for people that think they need to vacuum their whole house.

Love this vacuum!
We bought this a month ago . It’s light weight and glides easily. Gets under chairs and couch . The attachments are great . Only down side is it’s top heavy so you can’t stand it up on its own .

Quiet & handy
I like my pet pro for daily pet hair pickup. It's quiet and well made. It's easy to change attachments. The connection to the battery from the charger is hard to connect and disconnect. Overall a great vacuum.

Pretty loud but works great
We bought this a month ago and we love it. It keeps up with the husky hair and the battery lasts longer than we expected! We love how easy emptying the container is too! Definitely recommended it! The only thing we don’t like about it is how loud it is.

Convenient
After my Dyson died I bought the shark in hopes of saving some $$. Pros: light, easier to get under beds, easy to change from carpet to hard floor setting, bin is really easy to empty. Cons: (as compared to the Dyson) suction not as good, doesn't swivel as easy, head is a little smaller, doesn't have a wall mount to store or come with as many attachments. I haven't run it long enough to challenge the battery so I can't compare. Overall it is good for a small place that doesn't get a lot of traffic and it does a great job getting up pet hair.

Absolutely Great with very few faults
I bought this based on a other reviews. I have 2 long hair high shed dogs, and I have long hair and shed a ton myself. This vacuum does amazing! Gets all the hair and is easy to use. The hair doesn't get stuck on the brush head just as promised which is a massive issue we have had in the past. The cons are: Battery Life - I wish it could go a little longer, I don't have a large house but if I did, I couldn't do the whole house. Canister Size - It needs emptied often, it can't hold much, I understand this is because of how it is set up and you are holding the whole thing up, but I really wish i could go more than 10 minutes without doing a dump. (again my dogs shed a TON)

Horrendously loud! Scares pets and kids
My husband got this for me for Thanksgiving cos I was tired of cleaning up hair. The noise this machine makes is so loud that it scares my 3 year old and the pets. I called the customer support and after a video chat she says this is normal. I have so many shark ninja products and this one is the worst. Loosing trust in you Shark team!!

Great vacuum for house with pets!
We have a GSD and three cats, picks up all the hair, dust and dirt. The small guide wheels, the hair wraps around, just like other vacuums. One draw back, wish it had replacement/back up batteries. Run time is 40 minutes, then you have to plug it in to charge. Other than that great vacuum!

Great in every way!
I bought this a month ago. It does everything it says it does. It’s light weight, picks up everything, cat hair doesn’t get tangled in roller. I’ve bought other Shark vacuums which I loved, gave them to two of my kids. They are still working. I needed something light weight and this is perfect!

I like the power and ease of use. Although compared to my previous Shark cordless the location of the power supply cord was not well thought out. Additionally with my previous Shark cordless, there was a carrying handle; this new Shark cordless does not have one. Not sure why this was omitted.

Great lightweight vacuum for what it was intended
I have a Shark in my Rv and another one for home. Got this wine to mainly use on bare floors and light touch up on shirt carpet. Battery life advertised at 40minutes but not likely to get 40 minutes run time period. Still it is worth the buy for my intended use. If you want more run time get the 60 minute battery machine.

I have been told shark vacuums work good but I wasn’t sold due to the prices, but i bought s house that is all hardwood floors besides area rugs i put down, sweeping became a chore so i gave in and bought one. It was the best purchase i made. This sucks up my 2 dogs hair that you can’t even see. It also picks up my hair i have long hair and regular vacuums it gets all tied around the brush but not this one. Id recommend this vacuum to anyone with pets or kids.

Lived up to the description!
We moved from a built in vacuum system to having a Shark and we didn't really know what to expect. It took a bit to get used to a much smaller sweep path than our old system but it has been nice for both the tile and the carpets. We are very glad we got a cordless model but it did pose some challenges on where to store it so it can charge. (Closets generally don't have outlets and we hadn't thought of that prior to purchasing it.) It's a toss up whether or not we should have gotten a corded vacuum versus a cordless one. We have run out of power before we finished, which is annoying and we have had to get creative in finding an out of the way spot to store it.
