Furthermore, our deep pocket fitted sheet features a patented True Grip fit technology, which consists of a 1-inch wide boxer elastic on the edges along with ½-inch elastic on the drop, providing a snug-fit assembly with varying depths of mattresses. Not Cotton Sateen
There is no way this is cotton sateen much less 1200 count. I only use cotton sateen and this is not smooth, cooling or soft. Very scratchy, hot and feels cheap.

This bed set is really well made and the sheets were so soft to sleep one. It was a great mix of soft and sheer and cleaning is very easy without it becoming too stiff. Hard to explain how wonderful they are and didn’t really have any special appreciation for them until I climbed into bed and totally got lost in the safeness and comfort. Very nice material. DO NOT BUY-STRONG VOMIT SMELL
I would rate this zero stars if I could, before using them I went to wash them and they came out of the dryer smelling like heinous vomit. Thankfully Target refunded the purchase and just let me throw them away
