Do not buy- arrived broken and cannot return!

Buyer Beware!! I broke my rule of avoiding target because I really needed an item like this for an upcoming celebration. The item arrived broken. Target says they can’t help because they started the return window from the date of purchase online. It took weeks to receive the product and time for the weather to be good enough to set up outside. I’m very disappointed that they are refusing to help and stand by the products they are selling. Instead of bringing a customer back to their stores- they are pushing me farther away.
