I was a little skeptical at first to buy it.. It came in a bunch of pieces but to any handy person is easy to assemble it took me and my friend about 3 hours to put it together it is aluminum very lite but for the price i can't complain let's see how long it last hopefully a while

we have only had the pergola a little over 2 months and the canopy material is showing signs of separation. Definitely needs a heavier material. The frame seems more than strong enough and at the same time light weight and portable.

good product, but a little bit light and thus it is a must to tight to another part, put some burden on the legs or screw to the concrete/ground. It may stand on the wind and strome

The instructions were poor with just pictures, not all the parts were labeled and some parts of the instructions were not accurate or understandable. The product itself was bent in places and needed to be fixed and in other places the screws would not go in,needing to then be duck taped. The footing and legs are flimsy and will need to be secured.

Overall a wonderful product. It was a little difficult to get some of the screws in, but it Looks awesome. The directions are okay, but only pictures, no written directions. It definitely is a two person job. Great product !

I ordered this on a Thursday and it was delivered on Sunday! My sister and brother-in-law came over at 5:30 that afternoon and by 8:15 it was completed. We LOVE it!! Directions are all photos and you really have to pay attention to how you are putting it together but it was not difficult. (Have a good allen wrench set!). Customer service was excellent. I give this transaction 5 stars from start to finish!!

Instructions were easy to follow. Looks nice. Very satisfied.

Product arrived well packaged and pieces all intact & identified. All pieces fit together with minimal use of rubber mallet. All holes lined up. Set up easy with no sagging. Very pleased with product. Customer service fantastic. We did add a 3/4" L bracket to each foot for sturdiness & secured to deck with 1/4" hex bolts.

Delivery in. Timely manner. Printed directions are ok, but video on YouTube made it easy. Recommend you include source I directions or with a note in box. One pole has a slight dent, but gazebo was exactly what we were looking for.

We are very pleased with this purchase! Was not too difficult to put together and has drastically improved our patio space, couldn't be happier.

I bought two. It took 3 of us just under 2 hours to assemble one and we assembled the 2nd one in less than an hour. We did buy concrete anchors and anchored it poolside. It¡¯s easy to use and provides the coverage we were looking for. I like them so much I ordered 2 more!

This is a really nice shade that does not take up a lot of room. The metal is flimsy and the legs and cross post bow really easily. Took the canvas off. For the winter and it made it through the New England winter. I wish the metal it was made from was sturdier, then I would give a 10.

I purchased a pergola from Aosom and the final price, delivered to my home, was less that the basic cost at the big box store.

Easy to assemble materials are amazingly strong specially when anchor down and most of all looks great in my backyard

The instructions are not very clear in some parts.With the help of my brother, it was installed in three hours I found it easier to assemble the cover and beams at the same time and one side at a time instead of putting the beams together first. Also, install the pulley string before putting on the cover. Hope this helps someone.

It was fairly easy to put together. Took 2 of us 3 hours. We love the way it turned out.

Arrived quickly enough. I'd sen them on camp fields before but never seen one being put up - no problem in practice, just read the instructions first. Not tried to erect it solo, but it's easy enough for two 50 year olds!

Overall we do like this gazebo and are happy we purchased it. It's attractive and the fact that we can pull the canopy to be open when we're not using it is exactly what we needed for a lightweight gazebo in our windy spot. The downside is that the legs bend where the two vertical pieces fit together. Some of the holes were stripped, but I'm not sure that made much of a difference because all of the legs have the same issue. We've pretty much solved that by putting angle brackets all around those joints, spray painting them brown to match the frame. The other issue was that one of the flaps that the horizontal bars go through to hold up the canopy was skipped when they were sewing them, so there was no way to hold that section of the canopy up. I sewed that myself so that's worked out fine. We didn't try to return the item for any of these reasons and instead just opted to fix them ourselves, so I don't know how that process might have gone.
