Description

This hydraulic machine can exert a pressure of ten tons, which is sufficient to complete common workshop operations such as straightening, pressing, and disassembling universal joints. The oil circuit is smooth, and the handle force is light. The work surface can be adjusted in height, the press plate can be disassembled, and small parts can also be fixed. The forming and riveting can be completed with one machine. When overloaded, the overflow valve automatically releases pressure, the rebound spring controls the return stroke, the chrome-plated piston is rust-proof and wear-resistant, and the H-shaped base reduces shaking. The entire machine is made of heat-treated carbon steel, and the key components can withstand high pressure and do not deform under continuous heavy load. It is operated by a single-hand pump, and one person can operate it. The two press plates can be interchanged, and the floor-standing structure occupies a small area, which can be placed in the corner of a garage. It has complete functions without blocking the passage.
