The designs on the mug were painted well. Tree topper lid sits nicely, mug has nice weight to it, doesn’t feel fragile.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this as Christmas decor instead of a mug but it looks so adorable in my living room with the rest of our holiday decor. The top comes off so that it can also be used as a coffee, tea or hot cocoa mug. It is not dishwasher safe which is why I chose to use it as decor. I won’t love having to handwashing mugs but you can microwave it without the lid.

I will say, that as much as I adore the look, having the lid really isn’t very practical. When using it, the lid just ends up sitting on the counter or in the cabinet until after it’s been used and washed. It’s still a fun addition in the kitchen, but I removed one star just because the star detail may be the best part but it’s on the probably least seen part.

It's just pretty to look at so I leave it out & not in a cabinet this holiday season. I love how it has a top that you can keep your coffee warm.

Is described as dishwasher and microwave safe. When I received it says handwashing only. ☹️ When washing it with hot water (as one would do) the green paint started fading on the sides of the mug. It’s a shame because it’s a beautiful design and was a beautiful mug.

I like the colors, the deep green and colorful details are very festive. It’s a nice ceramic and looks hand painted, therefore unique. It’s large size and has a wonderful handle that is easy to grip. Love it!!

Surely brings the Christmas cheer! I love love it! I love how it comes with a lid to cover the mug. It is pretty sturdy too! I am so glad I found one and it is so adorable. worth buying for the price.

actually like the design a lot and wish the paint looked a little bit more like it did in the photo. it was fairly blotchy and thin in person. I think the lids are fun, aside from lets you use it in places where you don't want your open mug. I wonder if they could make the process a little bit better... your hands got to cramp up after you paint too many of these! I don't know if they could use wax stickers that pop off or what to get a better base coat something an industrial engineer would know. I like that they're employing people, but seems like a major repetitive stress issue on top of quality inconsistency. hard to tell just want to moderate expectations. I really do like that this dishwasher safe though. I just won't buy anything that's not anymore.

This mug is so cute and perfect for the holiday season!

Seems solid but the paint job on it is terrible. The picture makes it look evenly colored and kind of shimmery. The actual mug is just dark green and has a bunch of splotchy areas. I will be returning it.
